Live in the Body You Want With WarmSculpting™ by SculpSure®

Eating a healthy diet and exercising can do wonders for your health and for your body. But despite these efforts, you many are still left with stubborn fat deposits that just don’t budge.

That’s why at Nostalgia Family Medicine, in Longwood, Florida, Brandon Fletcher, MD, offers WarmSculpting™ with SculpSure®. This breakthrough treatment helps you get rid of stubborn pockets of fat precisely where you want, including your thighs, tummy, waist, and flanks. And best of all, SculpSure does not require any incisions, sutures, anesthesia, surgery, or downtime.

Instead, SculpSure uses laser energy to gently melt away problem fat, so your sleeker contours are finally revealed. Here’s how it works.

Say goodbye to stubborn fat — for good

First things first: Non-invasive SculpSure is FDA cleared to treat stubborn pockets of fat, which means you can feel confident about your results and about the treatment itself. The SculpSure system uses specific wavelengths of laser energy to achieve very precise targeting of fatty cells deep beneath your skin. The energy emitted by the SculpSure laser has an affinity for fat cells, which means it’s attracted to those cells more than other tissues. That means the laser heat is absorbed by the fat cells while other types of cells are unaffected by the treatment.

As the laser energy enters the fat cells, it gently heats them, breaking down the cell walls, so the fatty contents are dispersed. Over the next few weeks, your body’s lymphatic system picks up the debris and carries it away to be metabolized and flushed from the body naturally. Because of the way SculpSure works, it’s intended to target smaller pockets of fat, which means it’s ideal for people who are at or near their ideal weight and body shape who aren’t looking to shed a massive amount of fat and weight, but who want to tone up and slim down specific areas, like the tummy or waist.

What to expect during and after treatment

Before your treatment begins, the SculpSure applicators will be applied to your skin directly over the treatment site. You’ll relax and recline while the applicators do the work, releasing controlled streams of laser energy that are absorbed by the fat cells below your skin’s surface. During treatment, you’ll experience alternating waves of warmth and coolness which most patients find comfortable and relaxing. Treatment sessions take about a half-hour, and there’s no downtime or recovery time so you can get back to your regular routine.

Since SculpSure relies on your body’s lymphatic system to remove the debris that’s left after treatment, it takes a few weeks to see your initial results. Most patients begin to see results at about six weeks after their treatment with improvements continuing for another four to six weeks or so. Once the fat cells are melted away, they’re gone for good. And even better: You can refine your results even further with additional sessions if you have a lot of stubborn fat you want to get rid of.
